We have many kinds of brush plating solutios. Generally speaking, we just need 7 basic-solutions to solve more than 95% of  the repairing by brush plating.

The following is the basic solutions.


Electrocleaning
Application: Used to remove oil from metal work piece surface;
Working Environment: 6-14V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation;
 
Activator #2
Application: Used to remove Oxide film from metal work piece surface;
Working Environment: 6-12V voltage, take work piece as anode during operation;
 
Activator #3
Application: For carbon steel, cast iron or high carbon containing alloy steel, there will have gray-black dirt left after Activator #2 process. Activator #3 is used to remove the residual dirt.
Working Environment: 8-15V voltage, take work piece as anode during operation;
 
Chrome Activator
Application: Used to remove Oxide film from Chrome work piece, improve the binding strength between coating and Chrome work piece,
Working Environment: 3-8V, take work piece as anode during operation; Water cleaning is not needed after Chrome Activator process, just brush plating Chromium Under-layer Nickel directly.
 
Chromium Under-layer Nickel
Application: Used as bottom layer of Chrome work piece, to improve the binding strength between coating and chrome-plated surface;
Working Environment: 6-15V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation;
Before plating (without electricity), wipe work piece by anodes and plating pen.
 
Under-layer Nickel
Application: Used as bottom layer, to improve bonding strength between coating and base material;
Working Environment: 6-15V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation;
Before plating (without electricity), wipe work piece by anodes and plating pen.
 
Nickel #3 (High speed nickel)
Application: Used for high speed deposition and heavy build working layer, used for large-sized tolerance work piece repairing;
Working Environment: 7-15V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation;
Before plating (without electricity), wipe work piece by anodes and plating pen.
 
Copper #11 (high speed copper)
Application: Used for high speed deposition and heavy build (more than 1mm) copper coating, especially suitable for printing roller pressure pits, scratches, hydraulic pillar strain etc serious damaged work piece repairing.
Working Environment: 6-17V voltage, take work piece as cathode during operation; before plating (without electricity), wipe work piece by anodes and plating pen.
